Default You can skip levels in "Alone in the Dark"
Ever get stuck on a level of a game... and quit playing as a result?

Well, the upcoming release of Alone in the Dark for the Wii is for you... it will have "DVD like features" that will allow you to skip levels/chapters.

That's very odd. What if you are missing a item to open a door? Do they just give it to you?
