is there any way to change a game

[exhibit_design]

I working on a design and want a wii used in the design but I want a game to mess with the way the game is played
it would be is if the person is drunk.

example:
driving a car
the car is harder to drive
double vision
more you drink the harder the game is to play
game only last 2 min then you crash and burn

or bowling were they aim and the ball does nothing they want

can you take a game already excites and make changes to the game to react that way?
